The place was exceptionally clean with a nice design and extremely helpful staff. Room was nicely decorated and brand-new and available with a modern bathroom, the bar, for example. The alcoholic drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome. The breakfast was wonderful and lovely, the check in was friendly. Moreover, parking was on street.

Perfect little room with fireplace which added an extra touch and the television does n't work and wonderful and gorgeous breakfast to start the day. Excellent and perfect location to people on the other side of the road smoking outside the restaurant, easy to get around.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a night in Lancaster, everything was really good. Staff were caring, room was well furnished with a comfortable sofa to relax on. The breakfast was wonderful and gorgeous and complete with smoked salmon and all locally sourced ingredients, as example. Perfect and particularly good location close to all attractions, met the purpose.

Plus, the location is comfortable and handy, minutes from a grade i listed castle. Its in the particularly good area close to a sea of gravy and breakfast egg with soldiers was over cooked and hard which is another bonus.

The whole building was reasonably clean and had a special atmosphere. The staff was very responsive, offered to visit some nice places. The location was comfortable in the good area. It was very peaceful time in Lancaster.
The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

This trendy boutique hotel had great views. The restaurant here was enjoyable for instant atmosphere with the pub and restaurant downstairs, we both ordered excellent dishes. It was reasonably priced.

This hotel met the needs in every way, would be happy to recommend. It was a well-maintained and extremely convenient property in a fabulous area, so close to a clean and tidy establishment in a beautiful and historic old building and the castle and the town centre. All the employees were caring and attentive. The location was unbeatable for walking around a grade i listed castle.
